La información que solicitamos en el formulario de alta, como el nombre, apellidos y correo electrónico, nos permitirá gestionar su inscripción y enviarle actualizaciones. Tratamos sus datos en virtud de la relación de naturaleza contractual que genera su inscripción en el evento para las siguientes finalidades: a .- Alta en el evento: En la inscripción a esta actividad utilizamos sus datos en virtud de la relación de naturaleza contractual que genera su inscripción. La legitimación para gestionar el alta de usuario o usuaria en la plataforma es la ejecución de un contrato que se materializa con la aceptación de las condiciones del servicio. b .- Envío de información: Eventos puede enviar información sobre el evento a través del correo electrónico indicado por el usuario o la usuaria si ha consentido.
1.- Los datos relacionados con el alta de usuarios o usuarias en la actividad se conservarán durante la vigencia del evento. 2.- Los datos relacionados con la certificación de la asistencia y/o aprovechamiento del evento se conservarán indefinidamente a menos que se oponga al tratamiento o ejerza el derecho de supresión. En este caso, se estará renunciando expresamente a la posibilidad de acreditar en el futuro la participación y/o que la organización pueda verificarla ante cualquier tercero. 3.- Los datos relacionados con la captación de fotografías y/o vídeo para su divulgación pública se tratarán para este fin hasta que se retiren de espacios públicos y después se incorporarán a nuestro archivo histórico. En todo caso, una vez que finalice el tratamiento los datos, se conservarán bloqueados únicamente a disposición de autoridades, jueces o tribunales por un período mínimo de tres años a partir de esa fecha.
No cedemos sus datos personales. Utilizamos la herramienta para la creación y difusión de eventos facilitada por SYMPOSIUM (av. Alcalde Barnils, núm. 64, 08190 Sant Cugat del Vallès. Barcelona CIF: B66313776) que nos presta servicios con las garantías previstas por el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 y a quienes hemos autorizado a almacenar sus datos en servicios en la nube en el territorio de la Unión Europea con todas las garantías del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos.

Este escrito deberá ir acompañado de documentación que acredite su identidad o la representación de la persona interesada y, en su caso, que justifique su solicitud.
